God's plans transcend all we were and who we are today. His glory touches all that we do. But we must permit Him to guide us. We must see Him and we must listen to Him.

-Fill up on cleansing fluids. Try to drink 10-12 glasses of water each day.

-Cleanse the liver by drinking 1 cup of warm water with a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice first thing each morning.

-Add 1/2 cup of Epsom salts, 1/4 cup baking soda, and 1/4 cup Dead Sea Salts to at least two warm baths each week. 

-Make supper your smallest meal of the day.

-Sleep at least 7-8 hours each night.
